July Updates

• The next A Place for the Space Holders will be on July 11th from 6 to 8:15 pm at Source Point Community Acupuncture. I am currently participating in a 7-month Teacher Certification for Morning Altars and I will be introducing cherish altars in the next session. I am so incredibly excited to share this with you all. A cherish altar brings reverence and connection to a being, a thought, a season of life, or an intention that you would like to build or renew relationship with. It can also be an honoring of a relationship that has passed. For this circle you will be asked to bring an item that represents what you would like to lift up for the center of the altar. Please read more in the body of this email about the cherish altar I created for my dog Millie (pictured above).

• Breathe into Creativity is an exciting workshop that I will be co-hosting with Courteny Zenner on July 18th. Courtney and I are combining forces with the integration of breathwork and Sensorium. In SENSORIUM Creative Writing Workshops, Courtney combines yoga, Zen meditation, fresh prompts, and music to offer a generative writing experience. The breathwork and somatic movement will focus on sense impression both inside and outside the body. Students drop into their innate somatic wisdom to find creative flow with the written word.  I feel so blessed to co-create with Courney. It will be a special event, and we would love to see you there!
